Insulated core material such as RTM Styrofoam, Phenolics, Polyurethanes and Divinycells can be produced to a customer's required densities and specifications.

For strength and mounting purposes, Steel, Aluminium or GRP Box sections can also be incorporated within the structure of the composite panel. Other features such as Conduits, for any electrical purposes, can be constructed within the panel along with Steel or Nylon tapping plates for any mounting or hinging requirements.
